The Second Annual River Experience held on the ground of Shank’s Mare on June 29, 2010 was once again a rousing success.  All proceeds from this event support the efforts of the Susquehanna Gateway Heritage Area in preserving and enhancing the environmental and cultural heritage of the Lower Susquehanna River.

Thanks to all the sponsors and vendors for this year’s event.  It was our pleasure to host this evening of delicious food from Rivertown restaurants, beer and wine from local micro-breweries and wineries, live music, a silent auction and boat rides on the Susquehanna.

Keep a watch for next year’s event, and plan on joining us for this memorable evening.
