The Rookery

Welcome to “The Rookery”. Our 1100 square foot meeting room once housed a cigar factory. We have renovated this unique space to reflect its history and preserve its spectacular view of the Susquehanna River. We invite you to plan your next event at “The Rookery”.

Business & Organization Meetings

Business and organizations can enjoy a change of pace meeting setting for uninterrupted work sessions. “The Rookery” is designed to provide a relaxed, private space in which to get the job done. A conference table seats ten with four smaller tables available for additional workspace. Once your work is completed, customize your meeting by adding one of Shank’s Mare’s “go play outside” activities. Work & recreate together for great group dynamics!

Special Occasions

The warmth of old oak furniture, a cozy fire, & a spectacular view make your special occasion for friends and family one to remember. Menu, catering and party planning provided.
