Practice the yoga skills of grounding and centering, creating inner balance and linking movement to breath...all on a stand-up paddleboard. Our SUP expert Josh Hill will help you get comfortable on your paddleboards, with guest yogis leading you in your yoga practice. Dress appropriately for the water. Board, paddle and pfd provided.
Beginner - Any skill level SUP or Yoga is welcome
Stand-Up Paddleboard, pfd, paddle.
Students do not need any prior yoga or SUP experience. Participants should wear water clothing including water shoes. We do not recommend flip flops. A hat with a brim, sunscreen and a water bottle are a good idea as well.
Our SUP instructors have years of experience introducing and educating participants in stand-up paddleboarding. Our yoga instructors are from various studios throughout the area.
