This class features stretch, strength, and mind workouts during the hour-long session. Stretching will limber you up for the strength portion of the workout designed to increase your stamina and flexibility. The mindfulness portion ends your class with appropriate cool down for your body, and healthy meditation for your mind. All you need for the class is a mat and appropriate clothing offering freedom of movement. Work at your own pace in these classes designed for all skill levels.
