This informative clinic is offered throughout the Spring and Summer. Shank's Mare instructors will highlight sit-on-top and cockpit kayak design and outfitting stressing materials, fit, volume, and purpose. Instructors will demonstrate differences in kayaks and on-water safety and rescue techniques. You will leave this FREE clinic with a knowledge of types of kayaks and safe paddling skills. For participation in on-water kayak instruction, sign up for our Basic Kayak Class or Cockpit Kayak Skills Class.
